Hidden Emotions

People with the most sensitive heart put on a monstrous face to the world outside, they hide their feelings and keep all their deep secrets and stories within. They act like they don’t care, they deny their emotions and live secretly. Hiding the feelings that grow stronger  the time that we are apart feels even longer  the clock ticks and the cold breeze flows  as for me I know where my heart glows  covering the smile you cause me to make  it is this nervousness that I must break  these hidden feelings I must hide no more  as I walk up the path that leads to your door  ringing the bell hearing the chime  I’m not going to let you go this time  building the courage admitting how I feel  is this a dream or is this actually real  my heart is pounding, beating out of my chest  because you my love is life’s big test… Am drowning in your love……

Trapped Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and wonder who you really are? That's her in a nutshell. Sam feels trapped at home all the time, like she can never be herself in front of her own family. For her parents, she feels the need to be that “perfect daughter”, and that is what they expect her to be as well. Sometimes she feels like they expect way too much of her. If it's not getting A's and B's on her report card, it's keeping the house clean while they're gone. If it's not that, It's making sure she takes care of her four younger ones, especially her 4 year old sister all the time, and sacrificing hanging out with her friends after school. She definitely do feel the pressure of trying to be who they want her to. Technically, she is her little sister's second mom. Now, who would have thought that after decades of struggle with procrastination, the dictionary, of all places, would hold the solution. “ Am thinking aloud”. Avoid procrastination . Its s o elegant in its simplicity but complex in its understanding. While we’re here, let’s make sure obese people avoid overeating, depressed people avoid apathy, and someone please tell beached whales that they should avoid being out of the ocean. No, “avoid procrastination” is only good advice for fake procrastinators—those people that are like, “I totally go on Facebook a few times every day at work—I’m such a procrastinator!” The same people that will say to a real procrastinator something like, “Just don’t procrastinate and you’ll be fine.” The thing that neither the dictionary nor fake procrastinators understand is that for a real procrastinator, procrastination isn’t optional—it’s something they don’t know how to not do.
