They may tell you it’s because they are going through a lot and so can’t celebrate with you; the truth is, no matter how sad a person may be, if they truly care about you, they will put aside their pains just to celebrate with you. There are two types of people. Those that hate their life and do something about it and those that hate their life and don’t do anything about it. Which type are you? I often ask myself this question, especially when there are so many craziness around me. One thing is for sure you cannot expect to stay on the right path if you are walking with the wrong people.  Some people make themselves miserable and everybody else miserable when they can rather make themselves happy and everybody else happy. This is often easier said than done. But then, sometimes the people who act the happiest are the ones going through the most right? Yes I believe so. I admire people who choose to shine even after all the storms they have been through. As parents, guardians, wards, it’s our deepest desire to see our children happy, successful, amiable, virtuous and role models. We would sacrifice anything to see them happy and out of danger. Won’t we?. We would even go as far as denying ourselves happiness, comforts, just to make them happy and succeed in all their endeavor. We believe that if it’s well with them today it will be well with us tomorrow. But even with all efforts, sacrifices, pains, hurts, discomforts, we still feel it’s not enough, like we haven’t​done our best nor given our best even when we know we’ve given all we have. All our visions and hopes are in their welfare and in them achieving greater heights than we ever did right? How about channeling all our anxieties, worries, expectations into prayers? There’s no me without you guy….My life isn’t perfect, but I’m thankful for every one of you! Sometimes I look at my fans, followers, well-wishers, critics and I wonder how I got to be so damn lucky. It’s amazing how some people who have never met you in person can have your back all time. That’s what you guys (my fans) have been doing. You guys have had my back for the past two years and counting. I have experienced love from my fans across the globe. From USA, Canada, India, Nigeria, Spain, Turkey, Ghana, Uganda, and many other country that I can remember right now. Up our faith! God rarely places dreams in our hearts one day and fulfill  them the next. He begins by giving us a desire for something but then He rarely gives us the exact timing for when that desire will be fulfilled. I know what it’s like to be frustrated because you feel you have waited so long and so patiently for something that seems it will never come to pass. You know you have not waited forever, but you feel you have. You become weary, and you feel you simply cannot wait any longer. This happens to all of us including me. It is often part of the process we go through as we walk with God through seasons of waiting and as we hold fast to the promises we believe He wants to fulfill in our lives.  There is always a preparation period, and it is different for different people. It is difficult to have confidence and belief in yourself, when people do not allow you to be yourself!  We should not waste our life’s living in fear. When you do something do it with all your might and confidence. Nothing great can be achieved with fear and doubt. Over time, I have learnt that it is courage and confidence that gives wing to perseverance. Always follow your dreams. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do something. How much of our sacrifice will God consider worthy? How much of our praises, worships, thanksgiving, will God consider as worthy enough? Psalms 51:17 (KJV)   says “ The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. As I was observing my siesta after I returned from service, I don’t know if I was dreaming but all I kept hearing was “ worthy sacrifice, worthy sacrifice”.   I quickly woke up and knew God wanted me to write on this topic. I started by asking myself what kind of sacrifice will I offer to the Lord and it will be considered a worthy sacrifice?
